An Ohio Cop Claimed He Was Shot at by a Black Man–It Turns Out That Man Never Existed
On January 13, 2020, off-duty Warren, Ohio police officer Noah Linnen used his police-issued radio to call for back-up stating he had just been shot at by a black male in an SUV.
Linnen claimed he was driving home from work at 5:30 pm when he spotted a broken-down vehicle on the side of the road. As he approached the vehicle to ask the driver if he required assistance, a black male emerged from the driver’s side and fired several shots at him using a silver revolver. Linnen claimed he fired two shots back at the male who then fled the scene in a black SUV.
